"Beautiful surroundings, attentive staff, outstanding view of the mountains and lake Wakatipu. It’s a short 3 minute drive to Glenorchy town. You could walk but it is along a highway. If you get a chance, drive the extra 30 minutes to paradise and then another 20 minutes through the Ford’s and back country. JUST WOW"

"The bathroom in the Chalet Suite could do with a radiator. It’s really cold trying to get from the tub to the shower which takes a few minutes before the water heats up."

"Das Haus ist sehr schön, aber sehr hellhörig. Man hört jeden Schritt auf dem Flur und die Geräusche im Nebenzimmer. Es wäre schön, wenn man zumindest die Türen besser dämmen würde. Morgens wird man leider häufig dadurch ungewollt früh geweckt und auch abends durch das Türknallen draussen aus dem Schlaf gerissen. Das Essen ist qualitativ exzellent, aber uns waren die Gänge nicht so gut aufeinander abgestimmt. Es fehlt ein bisschen was Frisches wie z.Bsp.ein Salat. Leider wie fast überall in Neuseeland zusätzliche Kreditkartengebühren. Das muss bei den Preisen nicht sein."
