"We had a lovely time staying at the farm. The play equipment (swings, slide, trampoline, sandpit, treehouse) was perfect for my daughter. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The view was beautiful."

"Really loved our stay. The red house is not super big but really cosy and has everything you need. Kitchen was well-equipped with many appliances and basic food stuff such as oil, herbs, coffee etc. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. If you like animals, this is the perfect place to stay. We had so much fun with the goats, cats and sheep! Besides this we really loved Osterøy. The island itself is really idyllic with lots of quiet, forested places where you can walk/swim, would definitely recommend it!"

"Een prachtig Noors huisje in een landelijke omgeving, op circa 30 autominuten vanaf Bergen. Alles wat we nodig hadden was in het huisje aanwezig, ook goede bedden. Onze kinderen vonden het boerderij leven heerlijk."

"Gorgeous location away from noise. Due to the rainy summer, all the rivers near us were bubbling white rapids and looked amazing. The goats, sheep, and chickens on the property were really cute. Also, a great sense of privacy and solitude. Friendly hosts!!! A very cozy place to return to after a long hike. Good amenities in the kitchen, bathroom and living room."
"The ceilings on the second floor are quite low, but that's also on me for being tall. The tunnels on the way to Bergen were undergoing some construction, so the trips took longer than usual, but that's not the fault of the hosts in any way."

"The location was great - a very short walk into town and fab for exploring the local area by car. It was also good to stay in a Norwegian property. "It was amazing, a historic house fully renovated and overwhelming comfy in the Norwegian "nowhere" with hosts who really care of their guests, prepared many lovingly things and information. Our stay was way too short to try hikes in the wood or using the raw boat. This is an absoluty "yes, anytime again"!"

"We had quite low expectations, but the stay exceeded all of them by far :). We got a bit different rooms from what we’ve seen on the picture, or in our imagination… but they have only 5 special rooms, and all of them have their own story and design. The house is more than 200 years old, it has a long history, and you feel it in the air, in every small detail of the house, all the attention and details of décor. The house has impressive yard (if you are lucky with the weather), you can swim in the sea. The bathrooms and a toilet are shared among all the tenants, but we had no queues or overlapping with our other tenants staying the same night. It was one of the most unique hotels we stayed at, it has a soul! Lovely stay and experience for our family of four."
