"Very clean and warm place for winter, the owner let me do the check in early without problem, good parking and nice location to explore the city walking I definitely come back!"

"Easy to find and gain access. Excellent communication from host. Lovely apartment had all we needed for an overnight stop."
"The bed was way too soft. Centre of bed was firmer so hubby slept there. I slept on the sofa which was much more comfortable. Maybe time for a new mattress?"

"We loved our three days in this apartment. It was warm and comfortable. The location was excellent as we were able to walk to the wharf for a boat trip. The owner Tony, was very kind and answered our every need. It was good to be able to park at your door, with four short steps and you were in. Very nice for older golk like us. Highly recommend this apartment."

"Quiet location yet easy access to town. bed comfortable enough and good black out curtains. Quite spacious with a good little kitchen for making an easy home made meal if you wish. Also a washing machine and clothes rack to dry clothes, ideal for us as we are on a 7 week trip."

"The location was great - a very short walk into town and fab for exploring the local area by car. It was also good to stay in a Norwegian property. Although it was a small room we were very welcomed in the house and had many good conversations with Lisbeth’s mum who also gave us some very good tips on where to go."

"It was amazing, a historic house fully renovated and overwhelming comfy in the Norwegian "nowhere" with hosts who really care of their guests, prepared many lovingly things and information. Our stay was way too short to try hikes in the wood or using the raw boat. This is an absoluty "yes, anytime again"!"

"We had quite low expectations, but the stay exceeded all of them by far :). We got a bit different rooms from what we’ve seen on the picture, or in our imagination… but they have only 5 special rooms, and all of them have their own story and design. The house is more than 200 years old, it has a long history, and you feel it in the air, in every small detail of the house, all the attention and details of décor. The house has impressive yard (if you are lucky with the weather), you can swim in the sea. The bathrooms and a toilet are shared among all the tenants, but we had no queues or overlapping with our other tenants staying the same night. It was one of the most unique hotels we stayed at, it has a soul! Lovely stay and experience for our family of four."
