"So friendly, bathrooms are big and newly refurbished. Rooms are basic but very comfortable. Breakfast was very good, great selection and freah"

"Clean basic non-luxurious hotel with extremely pleasant owner who made me feel welcome. Location near Assen, I slept very well and had what I needed."
"The former restaurant is turned into living room with pool, TV, sofa's in an attempt to give guests a space to relax outside their room. This can be improved I would think, also in terms of offering drinks in the evenings."
