"The hotel's location near Centraal station made it an ideal base for exploring the city. Very easy to check in & out. Staff very friendly & pleasant. Our room had a lovely view over the river. The welcome box of chocolates was much appreciated!"
"There was a stagnant water/ musty odour from the shower at times. Not bad enough to complain about."

"Fantastic location, walking distance to everywhere we wanted to be. Clean room, friendly staff and stored our bags for us before our late flight, would stay again."
"Bedroom was noisy, can hear people talking and pipes/plumbing during the night and was a dripping noise behind the bed whenever it rained. Bathroom had an unpleasant smell(drains). Honestly not enough to spoil our stay still enjoyed."
