"The location near town yet away from the (often) noisy center was ideal, the breakfasts were delicious, and the room we had - with a private balcony - had a wonderful view of the bay."

"It was close to town, there was a comfortable living area to hang out with a communal kitchen. A nice rooftop deck with a view. Hot water in 1 of the rooms. AC + fan in rooms and a good breakfast."

"It's very nice and quiet place very close to the main touristic area and main beach. There is also a small pool for lazy guys who don't want to go to the beach. And there is very good local food served for the breakfast."

"It was the perfect stay for us in San Juan Del Sur. Perfect location, big comfi bed, nice pool & the best breakfast made by Teresa! She was always super kind and helpful. The price-quality was just right. For us a 10/10!"

"Great location, close to the beach but In a quiet spot. Spacious room with ac. Very enjoyable with the weather. Comfortable bed. Breakfast of quality"
"The shower, in our room, the cold water button wasn't working well, we barely have pression with the cold water. If you want a correct debit, the water is boiling hot. Been said but not fixed unfortunately. For the price paid it's a bit sad. Also, the room supposedly come with a great view, our room had a view over the metallic roof. Could be better. Description of the room should be changed on booking"
"Got a room upgrade and stayed uphill in Casa Andalucia instead. A little further from town, but a fantastic view on the bay/town from the infinity pool. Very nice room with a huge comfortable bed. Staff was nice too."
