"It's kind of in the middle of somewhere, but that is what makes it great. What a find!! Managed to get some communication with the lodge pre arrival, because we were arriving quite late, but we were told not to worry. Diner would be served when we arrived. It's a drive up to the lodge from the main gate, but the way it's lit up at night was quite beautiful. We met with Tjaart, who gave us the run down of the area and the Villas and had a drink in the bar before heading to diner. Breakfast is pre-ordered after diner. We did some archery and lay pigeon shooting and an evening nature drive whole we were there and tried to extend our stay, but there was no availability. It was relaxing and a great place to just relax. The villas are away from the main lodge but are so comfortable and have a large kitchen,dining and beaai area. When in Namibia, this is place I will definitely come back to."

"The hosts Tjaard and Karin are very kind and pleased to serve. We stayed at the Mountain View Villa with all the comfort needed (like Braii/Fireplace, pool) plus a view upon a waterhole were we could observe giraffes, gnus and oryx and a beautiful sky full of stars. They served us a private, very delicious breakfast and dinner in the villa. Beside the villa there are chalets with self or full service and camp sites."

"Wir waren zu viert und haben zwei von den vier Bungalows gemietet. Sie sind mit einem grossen king size Doppelbett und allem Komfort ausgestattet. Dusche und WC sind offen. Die 4 Bungalows teilen sich den separaten grossen Pavillon, der eine grosszügige Gemeinschaftsküche mit Wohnzimmer und kleinem Pool beherbergt. Die ganze Anlage ist ideal für eine grosse Gruppe, die alle Bungalows mietet und sich in diesem Gebäude treffen möchte. Wir haben es nicht genutzt und haben im Restaurant, im 5 Autominuten entfernten Hauptgebäude, sehr gut gegessen. Die Anlage des Hauptgebäudes mit Rezeption, Restaurant, Bar, kleiner Shop etc. ist (fast zu) riesig und gut durchdacht - es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage ist unglaublich schön und sehr abgelegen, was den Aufenthalt zu einem besonderen Erlebnis macht. Wir haben ganz nah Giraffen gesehen und die Stille, die grandiose Aussicht und die Exklusivität der Mountain View Villa sehr genossen."

"Einfach der Hammer, eine super Unterkunft nur für uns! Frühstück gab es an der KronenhofLodge. Team Kronenhof sehr gut, sehr freundlich. Haben immer dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns wohlfühlen können. Wir haben die zwei Tage einfach nur genossen. Blick in die Berge, Sonnenuntergang…."
