"Ghaub is an exceptional property, situated in its own nature conservatory and on the site of an old mission. There is a lot of history in the property, accompanied by an old graveyard and rock etchings dating back to some of the earlier San inhabitants. Take the opportunity and go for long, relatively easy walks and you will be rewarded with a multitude of wildlife sightings of virtually every kind.
Accommodation is in three blocks of farmhouse-style rooms, surrounded by large airy verandas, lovely to enjoy with a long, cold drink. There are also three seemingly well appointed campsites for those wanting to brave a slightly wilder accommodation option. Certainly a property we will return to time and time again."

"Located on the western boundary of Etosha National Park, the lodge offers an authentic bush experience surrounded by stunning landscapes and incredible wildlife sightings. The drive from the gate to the lodge takes about 20 minutes along a bumpy road, but it’s well worth it — we spotted zebras, antelopes, and other wildlife along the way. Upon arrival, we were greeted by an elephant making its way to the waterhole — an unforgettable welcome and the perfect introduction to the lodge. We enjoyed an amazing dinner with a stunning view, which made the experience even more special. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay, and the food was excellent, offering great variety and generous portions."
