"The hotel's location is excellent, I loved it! Highly recommend Polanco. The customer service was very good, the hotel's social areas were very clean, and the hotel's atmosphere was super welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, and there's a great variety of restaurants and museums nearby. 100% recommended!"

The team here is incredibly considerate — always attentive, always caring — and they truly make sure you’re looked after from morning to night. "The gym is quite limited, however there are weights a treadmill and a multifunction cable machine which would do the trick. as for the gym schedule. The breakfast is decent however quite limited, but it was better than nothing especially on Dec 25 when everything was closed."
