"Really good location. Staff very helpful. We flooded our room because we didn't unplug shower drain. Put all our bags (heavy) on the bed. When we got back the bed had been made! Great service"

"Convenient location next to the Basilica for easy parking and walking to the main centro areas. Quiet, clean and secure with a nice courtyard to relax. Good value for the money."

"I stayed in 2 different rooms on two different occasions. The first room was small and basic with one outlet and a dim bathroom. The second room upstairs was larger and better appointed including 2 beds, outlets and a larger brighter bathroom with a separate patio to enjoy. No real heating source as typical with Patzcuaro hotels other than blankets as nights can get cold."
