"The hotel is in a beautiful old house, in the centre of the city, and the rooms are large and have all you need. The staff is friendly and there is basic breakfast provisions to start the day"

"The location is a perfect location to experience Centro Historica! It takes you back in time! The parks and restaurants were lovely! While we thought breakfast was included with our booking (one of the main reasons we booked there) when we arrived, we were told it was NOT included. Disappointing but we discovered a few little bakeries with great coffee! Otherwise, the staff was more than helpful, location perfect...great place for a visit!"

"Rooms are very spacious but there are plenty of things to improve: - A/C has an annoying sound that do not let you sleep and rooms are so big that the mini split is not enough to cool down the space. - The room in which I have stayed do not have one single window (nowhere in booking is marked) - Reception staff from my point of view are not trained to treat people, seem they are interns or so. - There is no elevator so you have to bring up your baggage through the stairs with no help - In general the hotel needs a bit of maintenance"
