"it's definitely nothing like 4*, but rather a solid 2*. they try to keep it fancy because of the design but it's definitely not worth it. what bugged us the most: no wifi (not working anywhere), supercold tiled floor (no slippers available..), no windows in the room just doors that had wooden panes which could be opened, no real hot water and very bad preassure, safe didnt work. we spent 2 nights - more than enough.."

El restaurante del Hotel seria un 8.. En cuanto a sus bebidas, el mejor chocolate que probé en todo comitan chiapas ."
