"The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had the same waiter each day for breakfast and he was very kind and attentive...he remembered what we ordered each day and it was like he already had it ready and waiting for us. Awesome experience!"
"The stairs in the Family Room squeaked every time someone was walking downstairs, so in the middle of the night, for the bathroom, it was very loud."

"it's definitely nothing like 4*, but rather a solid 2*. they try to keep it fancy because of the design but it's definitely not worth it. what bugged us the most: no wifi (not working anywhere), supercold tiled floor (no slippers available..), no windows in the room just doors that had wooden panes which could be opened, no real hot water and very bad preassure, safe didnt work. we spent 2 nights - more than enough.."
