"The room was large & comfortable. The chocolates on the bed were a nice added touch. The staff were very helpful & let me use the pool while I was waiting for access to my room. The hotel is in a good location & easy to walk to the restaurants & ferry terminal."

"I had a wonderful stay at Kin Ha Hotel Tulum. The receptionist was incredibly kind and welcoming and immediately made me feel at home. The apartment was very clean and smelled lovely, which added a lot to the comfort. The garden is quiet and peaceful, yet the hotel is within walking distance of the lively, cozy area with restaurants and shops. It’s the perfect balance between calm and energy. Definitely recommended. I would happily stay here again."

"A little Oasis in Tulum central. We loved the tropical garden in the courtyard and the shaded rooftop areas. We'd arrived early and could check in straight away. The room was clean and comfortable. Great shower with the best water pressure we had during our 3 weeks in Mexico! Close to good restaurants and cafes. Just a short walk to the main street and 10 minutes from the ADO bus station. We'd definitely stay here again"

"The hotel was clean and comfortable - it provided drinking water and really good A/C. The hotel staff were so lovely, and couldn’t do enough for us. Helping us out with taxis, bikes and recommendations. They really made our stay! Great location in the centre of Tulum. It has a nice little terrace to relax in too."
