"Very convenient to get to the ADO terminal. The room was spacious. Receptionists were friendly."

"1, The mattress was extremely soft, the mattress’ protector sheet wasn’t fixed to the bed, causing my bed very uneven and bulging all over. So I didn't sleep well all night. 2, The shower cubicle didn’t have a door. Half of the shower head was blocked, causing water to splash everywhere, resulting in a lot of water flowing from the bathroom floor into the bedroom floor."

"It made me reconsider my opinon of 2* hotels and I truly think pictures do not honor the hotel. I loved the style. people are kind and available. Location is ideal for people relying on bus for visits. Room could use additionnal power socket."

"The location was perfect to get around town and, most importantly, across the road from the ADO bus station. I loved the character of the building and I really appreciated that they provided drinking water."

"Depending on your room location, you may be able to hear the ADO bus station announcements from your room. This may not sound like a big deal but they’re very loud, repetitive and drove me insane. Fortunately we couldn’t hear it from our room. We did however have one neighbour playing ridiculously loud music and another blasting their tv very early in the morning. One thing that would really have improved the stay is if they provided a mini fridge."

"Huge bed. Very clean. Great location literally across the road from the ADO station 5 minutes walk to the main square. Rooms at the back are very quiet. Lovely welcoming staff on reception. They let us keep our room after checking out time for free. Microwave and fridge for shared use on the ground floor."

"We booked it for a single night as we travelled to Holbox. Location is really convenient as it is next to the Ado bus station but also just a short walk to the Main Street with all the restaurants. Rooms were clean and exceeded expectations considering the price"

"Fantastic location, opposite bus station. Rooms clean, welcoming with a good bathroom for hotel in this price range. Work recently completed in rooms, looks good. Has water stations for you to refill your water. bottles."
