"Very central Clean and comfortable The night is quiet, I had a great sleep Great Wi-Fi"

"It is super close to the town center which is very convenient. Hotel is beautiful and rooms are nice. The town itself is pretty cold at night so I suggest bringing some warm clothes."
"If you're traveling by car I suggest to look for parking beforehand. The property correctly states no parking lot and the street parking nearby is usually very busy. Not our case but if you're a light sleeper you can hear the cars from the main road at night since it is a small town and the main road is nearby. So earplugs are suggested."
"Probably one of my favorite ever traditional hotels up there with the Stanley in Colorado. A total step back in time. Located right in the heart of el Real and appointed with all the accoutrements you would want out of a deeply retro hotel. Steps to the square and food and everything. Staff were friendly and the balcony looking over the town was amazing. When i bring people back to el Real we will be staying here. Hands down the best property of my two weeks in Mexico."
"Just be aware there is VERY hot water available in the shower it just takes a minute to get going but they fully disclose this and hey it’s an old place, it’s part of the charm."

"La chica del hotel fue a buscarnos porque no dábamos con el, estábamos perdidos. Nos dió indicaciones por wasap, por llamada hasta que nos la encontramos en la calle. Fue muy amable en todo momento"

"Las habitaciones cómodas, limpias y su cercanía al centro. Además, tienen cobijas extras y de ser necesario calefactores para el frío. Con buen espacio y distribución de muebles."
"No hay facilidades para adultos mayores, o personas con movilidad reducida, son demasiadas escaleras para subir las escaleras y también al centro en calle empinada, el personal no apoya o no tiene capacitación en este sentido. Se escucha todo entre los cuartos vecinos."
