"Ideal location for visiting Playa del Carmen. Beds were comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. Free Coffee served every morning. Elevator access and railings in stairwell."
"Lounging area at end of hallways needs to be mopped each day, and coffee table wiped off."

"This was my second time at the hotel after a road trip around the rivera, I was afraid it will be it will be a dissapointment as when I stayed the 1st time, but this time it was different, the staff was very friendly and helpful and I got a room with two beds and a working A/C, I guess it makes a difference if you check in early, you have better opportinity to get a good room."
"There was too many noise early in the morning 5 am - 6 am from a construction at the street and trucks of the suppliers from the supermarket a cross the street, I would recomend not to get a room with view to the street."

"L'emplacement près de nombreux petits restaurants mexicains (el fogon) le rapport qualité-prix. La chambre était très grande, avec un très grand lit, connexion wifi, clim, petit frigo, penderie et grande douche. Café disponible à la réception"
