"I ordered breakfast ala carte, otherwise it was ridiculously expensive. Don’t bother with the coffee, it was very weak. I think their espresso machine is broken, or someone doesn’t know how to use it."

"The shutters in my room did not close properly and I had to keep them closed with a chair. My room had many books on the shelves but they were all locked up! Books are for reading!"

"Highly clean, spacious, and asthetic rooms and overall installations. The rooftop pool with the view on the Cholula pyramid is unmatched!"

"We made a very last minute booking and stayed for just one night but this was a great place. The room was huge - very clean and comfortable and we slept very well. Perfect location in the centre of town."

"Great location very clean and quiet. Breakfast was delicious. We had suite 2 which was lovely. Liked the nespresso machine in the room, and luckily we have loads of nespresso pods with us (you can purchase them). Loved the pool area with the gorgeous view of the volcano and town."

"The room was very cold and the water was tepid at best. When I mentioned this to the manager last night he replied “well it’s hot in the kitchen”. I was tempted to pop along with my wash bag."

"Gorgeous bedroom and bathroom with a nice big jacuzzi bath. Loved the style of the room apart from the leather couch in the corner. Felt like it didn’t suit the style of the room. Staff were lovely and the food was very tasty. Great location, just a few minutes walk to the pyramid."

"Food and staff were top notch. Very helpful with suggestions and any problems that came up. If we had an issue, which was rare the staff solved it immediately. The rooms were beautiful. Especially the master suite."
