"Wonderful place with a magnificent garden. Heading the art culture is a must."

"Service for dinner a little bit slow."

"The garden is lovely to sit in and relax. Good options for food and staff were very friendly. Hot water in the shower for the private room we stayed in."

"For how expensive the private room was, it was really quite small and dark. Also no breakfast included in the price."

"Certainly the best accomodation in Zomba. Beautiful park-like garden with great mountain views and many places to relax. City center can be reached in 10 minutes by foot. The hike from Blend Lodge up to Zomba plateau is very beautiful and takes about 2.5 hours"

"Really cool hostel. Loved the art displayed and ended up buying a painting. The owners are really nice and friendly and both made the effort to come and chat with me and tell me about their business. Jonathan who worked at reception was also really friendly and helpful. The garden is really beautiful and all the food I had was delicious."

"There was nothing I didn't like."

"The rooms could have some improvements to modernise them a bit."

"I liked the place, especially the garden outside. Great for relaxing. The owner and staff were friendly. And they've made the place in a way that makes you want to learn more about Zomba, I could feel their appreciation for culture of the town."
