"Awesome host. Clean apartment. Great location. There was a welcome beer (2 bottles), loaf of bread, noodles. I needed a blender and the host went to buy one immediately. I will definitely stay at 307 when next I am in Ebene."

"An impeccable and efficiently run place with two great hosts! Located in a quiet residential district with a couple of dining options and a convenience store on the back side of the building. A large supermarket is a 15-minute walk from the apartment as is the Rose Hill metro station. Easy parking."

"Property is very well maintained and it was very clean. Very close to all amenities, few minutes drive to many shopping centres. Would definitely recommend the studio."
