"The location is good. We arrived very late and didn’t have any problems with check in everything was easily explained."

"It could’ve been cleaner, regarding dust and sheets. One thing made us very disappointed, on our last day we noticed a bag with our souvenires was missing. We are certain it was in the room the day before, so watch out for your things."

"Overall, my experience was not good. The cleanliness was below expectations, and one of the receptionists (an older lady) provided poor service. Additionally, the air conditioning was not working properly, which made the stay uncomfortable, especially over a full month."

"It was okay but the worse part is the lights went off from 11 pm. I had to use the emergency light inside the room and at 2 am I had to use the flashlight of my iPhone because the emergency light went off, too. I had to set off early for a 5 am flight back to UK."

"On arrival my room smelt of sick – either due to the cleaning product used or sick. The coffee machine in my room produced an insipid dribble, not coffee. The area is student-heavy and very loud, with partying long into the night. Also construction work outside in the day. The hotel felt cramped."
