"The staff were so helpful and friendly, Gigi speaks fluent English which is pretty rare in Mongolia so that made it easy. They also were super helpful when my partner left his phone in a taxi from the airport- they got it back! The rooms were big, warm and clean, the shower was hot and the view was nice."
"We arrived at midnight and the entrance is a dark scary looking carpark, the door is steel and we couldn’t work out how to get in. The hostel is on the 4th floor so good idea to get a SIM card (free from airport) and call when you arrive if you get stuck. A helpful man in the carpark helped us get in which was so lucky. We would stay again, next time we’ll know how to get in!"

"Great hostel, and I really enjoyed my stay here. Staff are very responsive, friendly and helpful, assisting with arranging drivers and recommending places to see. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and there’s a nice kitchen and common area space. Within walking distance to the main square and Chinggis Khan museum, and very close to state department store and a great supermarket. Zaya has everything you need in a hostel, and highly recommended for a stay in Ulaanbatur."

"The rooms are large open and airy! The kitchen areas are clean and also large and with great ventilation. there is also one other lounge slash kitchen area! The staff are so friendly helpful and informative. i have watched them help people in and out at all hours they are tireless and always with a smile"
