"Perfectly located place, is like a big studio but the set up makes it feel more than a one bedroom flat. Right neat all facilities, clean, and well equipped. I particularly appreciated the washing machine and the fast wifi. I think is ideal for both short and longer stays for one person or a couple."

"The central heating that cannot be regulated, but this is common in many flats in Ulaanbaatar and the solution is usually opening more windows. Also, it is on a second floor and no elevator, which can be tricky for people with reduced mobility (the building is old but the flat is renovated)."

"They are open 24/7 which is great when you are jetlagged and can’t sleep until 5 in the morning. There are close bars and clubs in case you can’t sleep. Close to everything. Amazing shower!!!"

"The room was very clean and modern, with big and comfortable beds. Booking transfer to and from the airport was easy and without issue. Breakfast was included and very good as well."

"I spent almost two weeks at the camp, and I have to say that without the hosts' help, it would have been quite difficult to get there. I was traveling from Murun to Turt, and to find a car, you need to look for Russian UAZ minibuses near a place called the Black Market (Zakh). You should also be prepared for the journey to take from 10 to 16 hours. It’s a good idea to check the weather forecast when planning your return transfer, as heavy rain can wash out parts of the forest road. There is no boat transfer from Turt to Murun across the lake available. The location of the camp is amazing! There are very few tourists, only locals, with unique nature all around — a perfect place for those who want to slow down and take a break from the hustle and bustle. You can also arrange a horseback trip to the Yellow Lake with the hosts — highly recommended! Special thanks once again to the hosts for their help and hospitality!"

"Light bright fully renovated apartment in central UB, all amenities worked easily. Kitchen and two separate bathrooms were well kitted out. We stayed on two separate occasions on the way to and from trips in West Mongolia - we can only remark on what an excellent location, high value for money and perfectly warm cosy comfortable base in UB this was. We also appreciated being able to run the washing machine one time, when we came back from the west. Would definitely choose to stay with Tanan again."
