"Great house. Best location ever!!! We enjoyed every minute beeng there. Walking distance to the best beaches on the island. Our host Marie-Julie was very helpful from the day we booked the villa ( over the phone ) and while we stay there till last minute. Thinking of coming back! Thank you very much! P.S. If you are big group of people and like to have a nice comfort chairs on CoCo beach make sure you make a reservation way before you arrive including other great restaurants."

"La villa est très bien située, à proximité de toutes les commodités. Les points forts sont donc la localisation de la villa, la propreté et la décoration de la villa, le confort de la literie (je n’ai jamais aussi bien dormi) La réactivité et la gentillesse du propriétaire est à souligner. Je tiens à la remercier."

"La villa est bien située, proche de la plage et de restaurants et d’autres commerces. Équipée de tout le nécessaire pour être autonome. Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien décorées. La piscine et la terrasse nous ont été très agréables avec les quelques accessoires qui sont à disposition. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et à l’écoute."

"Excellent location. Accessible by public transportation, but please note that there is no public transportation on Sundays. Walking distance to the Anguilla ferry, bus station, cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets, all within a 10-20 minute walk. Amazing view from the balcony. There is a wonderful clean swimming pool and private beach on site. I recommend renting a car to explore the surrounding area, there is plenty of free parking near the residential complex."

"We loved the host, Sandrine. She was extremely responsive, helpfull and friendly both before and during our stay. We especially enjoyed the private terrace and view of the ocean. Air Conditioning worked extremely well and that was important during extreme heat. The neighbours were both quiet and friendly! The building and unit was safe and provided for great security. The property is within easy walking distance of Marigot, many great restaurants (Chez Coco, So Benedict, Le Sous Marin, Le Tropicana, La Terrace and others), as well as the Port of Marigot, Marigot Market and shopping. We would definitely stay here again!"
