"Helpful service from the staff at reception - they were polite and efficient. The breakfast was superb and the choice and portions are generous. It was really nice to have a free room service option -this made the stay really nice. The spa was modern, clean and well-designed and great value. The hotel is only a short walk from the attractions. The rooms are very spacious!"
"When we first arrived in the city by bus, it was past midnight and we did not have a local taxi app set up on our phones and Bolt had no available taxis. We tried to call the hotel for help but no luck so had to walk in the dark to the hotel, on difficult roads. The hotel should be aware that tourists are likely to find taxis difficult when they first arrive, and to be ready to pick up calls via whatsapp."

"10 minutes walking from the center, next to the market, with a good price! Huge rooms! The staff was amazing and provided breakfast before it started because we had to leave early. The best pancakes I had!"

"The staff are so competent, very ready to help if you ask. The breakfast is à la carte, but very filling and fresh. The pool is nice and refreshing, the same with the saunas. There's a charge for access to the spa area but if you get lucky like I did you might have it to yourself. The placement is making it easy to reach everywhere necessary within Chisinau."
"If you have any mobility issues, use a cane or use a wheelchair you will have issues at this hotel. There are no accessible entrance and no lifts across the hotel."
