The rooftop terrace offers a spectacular view of the Medina and a comfortable setting for your Moroccan breakfasts and dinners. It also offers a relaxing shaded lounge where you can enjoy mint tea. From the Riad Louaya, via the antique dealers’ street, you are at 300 meters walk from the souks and Marrakech Museum.

"Really comfortable place to stay at! Comfy bed, air conditioner, good breakfasts. All interior is based on original Maroccian architecture. Friendly and helpful staff, explaining what to avoid and what to visit. Really do recommend!"

"Riad Louaya was our first place to stay in Marocco and we have loved it! We took the bus from the Airport and walked there. It is incredible quiet even though it is cery central for exploring Marrakesch. We had help with our luggage and even got a tea when we arrived. Breakfast was very good and the room was lovely! Thank you very much:)"

"Location was near enough for a short walk to all we wanted to visit. Great airport transfer for €15 Rashid made us feel very welcome and was helpful with recommendations. This Riad was peaceful away from the busy streets. The room was very clean and comfortable. The roof terrace was very relaxing"

"The riad was very calm and the staff very kind and available. They cleaned the room every day and one of the rwo guys helped us getting a transfer to go back to the airport in night time. They offered us the breakfast once arrived. The riad has a very peaceful terrace and is located in the heart of nord Medina, it's super recommended! And the women of the staff...I love you all! ❤️"
"The only bad thing is the shower without any door, so the floor gets lots of water everytime you use the shower, bit it's not a big deal"
