"Me gustó el buen trato y amabilidad de los trabajadores, las vistas desde la ventana eran espectaculares con la nieve cayendo... Una buena experiencia."
"Tuvimos un problema con el Booking, pero no fue culpa de ellos. Cuando llegamos no había alojamiento, pero un señor muy amable nos dejó su habitación, quedándose él en la habitación de sus hijos. Si no, hubieramos tenido que dormir en el coche. Por lo demás ningún problema."

"O hotel oferece um jantar completo por 80 MAD por pessoa (preço janeiro 2025). Foi uma refeição extraordinária. Ingredientes frescos e comida caseira. As camas são confortáveis, quartos quentes e boa pressão e temperatura do duche."

"Wij hebben een mooiere kamer gekregen dan geboekt, dit was heel fijn. Het was een mooie kamer met aangenaam bed. Het ontbijt was ok, maar niet veel bijzonders. De locatie is rustig vlak bij het centrum, kortom met vel potentieel."
"Erg jammer, want er bleek een feestzaal bij de accommodatie te horen, dit betekende dat er tijdens onze eerste nacht luide muziek was tot 2u 's nachts, zonder enige waarschuwing vooraf. De tweede nacht was er luide muziek tot 0u30 en stillere muziek tot 3u. Vervelend want wij zaten met ons raam naar het geluid gericht en door de warmte kon ons raam niet dicht. Al bij al voelde dit erg respectloos naar de gasten toe. Wij hadden rust verwacht, maar kregen in de plaats een slechte nachtrust. Ten laatste was het personeel eigenlijk niet echt vriendelijk, ze leken er tegen hun goesting te werken en een glimlach kon er eigenlijk ook niet vanaf, wat ik ook jammer voor hen vond."

"Wonderfull location! Beautifull gorge with river and palm trees in the middle of the desert. And the people were very kind! We stayed in de rustic little building with paintings on the walls and doors. At night there is no electricity, so they light a fire and use candles."
