"Conversations with the host about a wide range of topics, from sustainable goods, eco- lifestyles in near the desert, to tourism options. The large compound is a pleasant garden. The host helped me setting up a bed on the roof to beat the heat ("and sleep like a Moroccan"), think stars over date palm fronds. The host booked a desert experience including 4x4 trip into the sandy desert at M'Hamid for me, was very convenient."

"Wonderfull location! Beautifull gorge with river and palm trees in the middle of the desert. And the people were very kind! We stayed in de rustic little building with paintings on the walls and doors. At night there is no electricity, so they light a fire and use candles."
