"A very beautiful and pleasant hotel! The staff is extremely friendly and always smiling – you truly feel welcome. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the old medina, with everything just a short walk away. The breakfast was excellent, a delicious and authentic Moroccan experience. Aziz couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful, and the rooms are as charming and cosy as they come — it truly exceeded all expectations. Be sure to take them up on their offer to arrange a day tour for you — you won’t regret it. I did one with Mahmoud and learned so much about the rich history and hidden corners of Fez. An unforgettable experience all around."
