"Great location -walking distance to the sea, lots of local parkland. Nice large garden shared with the adjoining property owned by the same person - good way to get to know the neighbours. We had a BBQ outside on 2 nights using the provided equipment. roomy living space - combined lounge and kitchen diner. When we had a cold spell the owner brought a plug-in radiator around."

"I guess only downside is that the garden and parking space is shared with another place for rent, but as long as the neighbors are normal - that's not an issue. We hadn't any problems with that."

"Die Lage direkt am Strand ist super. Das Bett und auch die Ausziehcouch waren bequem und groß genug für jugendliche Kinder. Es war auch sehr ruhig und der Gartenanteil großzügig."
"Es war leider nicht überall wirklich sauber, die Spinnen haben sich in den Ecken getummelt und es waren sehr viele Fruchtfliegen überall. Vermutlich, weil der Abfalleimer keine Mülltüte hatte, es waren auch keine Mülltüten in der Wohnung. An den Wasserhähnen waren viele Flecken (sowohl Bad als auch Küche) und der Duschkopf hat in alle Richtungen gespritzt. Zudem war die Wohnung zwar sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, aber leider wenig praktikabel. Im Bad fehlt jegliche Ablagemöglichkeit sowie ein Handtuchhalter für die Duschtücher. Im Rest der Wohnung war jede Fläche zum ablegen mit Deko zugestellt und alle Schränke voll mit diversen Sachen. Besteck gab es, aber sehr wenig, beispielsweise nur 2 Kaffeelöffel. Lauter Kleinigkeiten, die schnell behoben wären und weswegen ich 2 Sterne abziehe."

"Labai patiko - vieta arti paplūdimio, tuo pat metu mieste, bet yra tarsi atskirtoje erdvėje. Nuostabus kiemelis, švaru, gražu, tvarkinga. Buvome pametę raktus, šeimininkė labai operatyviai atvyko ir, nors buvo jau vakaras, su šypsena atvežė kitą komplektą."

"A proper modern european apartment to spend one or few nights. Extremely well equipped and clean. Contactless key collection, washing machine and iron, hair dryer, etc. We even found some tea. Very nice indeed."

"Excellent location. Very well equipped. Nice, large bathroom. And we were greeted with champagne! In addition, the host is very responsive and quick to get in touch. Great place for up to 3 people! There were four of us and we stayed there for over a week, most nights just two or three of us slept there. The couple nights though, when all four of us slept in the accommodation, became very cramped, but the host warned us about it, although a few nights are not a big problem. In any case, I would not recommend to take this apartment longer for a night or two, if you are 4 people, and all of you plan to actually sleep there, and good night sleep is what you are seeking for - otherwise - one of the finest choices to explore Valmiera to the fullest! :)"

"I loved everything about this place, location is perfect, if you're traveling by train or autobus 10-15 mins walk maximum. You don't have to worry about groceries, small mini-mart is 3 mins walk away with everything you may need, If you arrive late and the mini mart is closed,you can always grab something to eat at Circle-K gas station open 24hrs. If your stay is short and you want to explore Valmiera, you may have to come again, because once you enter the apartment, you won't want to go outside. It's so nice and cozy and equipped with everything. On my stay I didn't go outside once. I highly recommend this place."
