"Only one tiny point: To reach the room I booked, you need to do a last bit on stairs. If you have a lot of baggage, that might be an issue. Also, this was not communicated until the moment we arrived there."

"Compared to most other hotels closer to the city centre of Luxembourg this hotel is more affordable. On work days the bus connections to the city centre are very good, in the weekend one may have to wait up to 30 minutes. The staff were friendly. The kitchenette is a good thing to have but there was tableware (except three glasses; we brought our own breakfast bowls and cutlery) or cookware. There is a deli just across the street where one can have breakfast or buy other basic food supplies. The Cactus supermarket (in Belle Etoile) is also not far. The big parking lot is very good when you have a car. Parking was included in the price and there was plenty of room. There was no street noise as there was an other building between the street and the hotel. The bed was comfortable, except for the pillows."

"The room planning with the mezzanine is a bit weird. The stairs are quite steep, so it might not be a very good idea with small children. The Sun would heat the room and all the warmth would go up where the bedroom was. There was an AC but it did not work. Fortunately the weather was not too hot. The room service staff would turn off the main power switch of the room when they came to clean the room, which meant that the fridge was also shut off, but it did not warm up in the few hours."

"I had breakfast served in my room for an extra cost. The hotel and the room were clean and quiet. The staff was very accommodating. The room had all the accessories that are listed for the hotel."

"I stayed over a weekend. Breakfast is served later from 8 am on Saturday and Sundays. Also, the reception is attended only from 12 noon to early evening at weekends to check out or pay or give back keys."

"I had requested a room at the back to avoid the traffic noise of the route d'Arlon and my room was very quiet although my room was right at the back of the lift shaft, which was noticeable but not that noisy. Also, my floor was quiet. I had requested breakfast in my room and it was brought to my room at the time I had requested each day. I had indicated that I had an intolerance to milk and I was given a non-dairy milk. The staff were very polite and helpful. I like the fact that I could open the window to air in the morning and also because the temperature in the room was quite high for my taste although I had turned down the heating. I like that it was easy to park although I did not come with a car, my family picked me up everyday."

"The shower cubicle door when closed did not meet in the middle, leaving a gap of about 2 cm, allowing the water to fall on the floor in front of the sink. I wondered if it was intentional or an error when the shower was fitted."

"The location is good, there's a bus stop nearby which is very convenient to go to the center of the old city. The room was clean and the bed was comfortble. There are plenty of parking spaces and free parking."
