Tris Estates Hotel & Suites

"Excellent customer service. The staff are very knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely friendly. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well guided throughout my stay."

"Nothing negative to say. The only small suggestion would be to improve the strength of the doors, but security was good and I felt safe at all times."

"The hotel is relatively new, as some parts of the internal structures are still being put in place. However, It is very neat, with 24 hour constant light. No external or surrounding noise. Air conditioning and water heater systems working perfectly. The staff are nice and courteous and are willing to assist you for anything you may want."

"The downside is that the kitchen/restaurant is not yet operational. However, the staff liase with external vendor and would send a menu list for guests to choose from. The guest would have to pay for delivery of the food. The intercom too is not yet working but the hotel improvised by asking guest to call or text them on whatsapp for anything they need."
