"Staff were very good and most accommodating. Our room was stunning."
"Attention to detail is poor. Areas of the hotel are unkempt and dirty. The whole concept of 'View360' are in the incredible views. Windows are dirty inside and out, balcony very dirty. Spoils the whole experience. This is meant to be constructive observation. Our stay was good, just these areas where they let themselves down."
"The views are truly 360! The property is high up in Kandy, so make sure that you have a car/tuk tuk. Huge room and decorated like the pictures"

"Excellent view from the property all around the city ,we really enjoyed the stay in this hotel,unfortunately our stay is not enough to fully enjoyed the surrounding.highly recommend this place for any one who wants to stay here.Staff also friendly and well mannered to the customer expectations..and also I mostly enjoyed that open planned living arrangements.looking forward again one day to come again ."

"I had an incredible experience at View 360 Hotel Kandy. Perched on a hilltop, the hotel offers breathtaking panoramic views of Kandy — a true highlight of the stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-designed with large windows that let you soak in the scenery. The rooftop restaurant is a standout feature, with outdoor seating that provides absolutely stunning views — perfect for a relaxed breakfast or a peaceful dinner under the sky. The hospitality was second to none. Mr. T. Rizan Jamel, the manager, was professional, kind, and went out of his way to ensure every guest felt welcome. The rest of the staff were equally courteous, attentive, and genuinely friendly — creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere throughout. If you're visiting Kandy and want a quiet, scenic escape with exceptional service, I highly recommend View 360 Hotel. I’ll definitely be back!"
