"This is a truly excellent small hotel, incredibly peaceful situated within beautiful gardens. The owner and staff were so kind, going out of their way to make our stay special. Even though it’s outside the main part of Dambulla, it’s easy to get around using the hotel Tuktuk or PickMe - and you get the benefit of the peaceful surroundings. The room was lovely with a comfortable bed and very large bathroom, really amazing value considering the price. Breakfast was excellent. Would 100% recommend"

"We stayed in the Green Edge for 3 nights and we used as a base to visit Sigiriya, Pidiurangala and Polonaruwa.. It is very close to Dambulla but still very quiet. The environment was very relaxing and the staff so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good. Highly recommended."
