"The location is good but could be better. It’s located very near to the busy main road which doesn’t feel so safe to walk. Walk to the main beach is 15 minutes. The breakfast was good but not great. Hot water didn’t work in our shower."

If you need to rent a scooter, rent a helmet, go whale watching, see fishing, give surfing lessons, they can arrange it all for an amazing price. You feel like at home with family, I have never met such a loving people, they take care about you and they are helpful for everything ❤️ I would love to coming back again. Thank you!"

"Very friendly hosts - we enjoyed playing a local game with them, and they provided a delicious home cooked breakfast. Good location - near secret beach and town, and easy to get the bus from there to Weligama. Hosts can help with excursions if wanted too. Very comfortable bed and good A/C. The hosts clearly care about their property and their guests."

"I had such a warm welcome here and my stay was incredibly pleasant. The hosts are truly exceptional and very caring. They can organize absolutely everything for you (surfing lessons, tours) The room was comfortable and I had everything I needed. If you want an authentic, caring, and relaxing experience, I highly recommend staying here!"

"Best place I stayed in Sri Lanka! The family (and Rexie the dog) were so welcoming and friendly. We had lots of chats over tea and they hosted a games night to teach traditional games. They offered lots of local tips on places to visit and eat and were very helpful in organising transport when needed. The rooms are comfortable, although very hot without AC, and the garden/balcony area is lovely. Will stay again for my next visit."
