"We loved staying here. The owners were really hospitable and friendly, welcoming us when we arrived. The room was big and comfortable, with a large double bed. Bathroom was well equipped with great shower with good water pressure and hot water. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of Sri Lankan treats alongside eggs, fruit, toast and good coffee. We'd stay here again and wouldn't hesitate in recommending it to others"

"This is simple accommodation but absolutely perfect and in a lovely setting in the wild."

"We had such a good, memorable time here. Taken very well care of by Manju (the owner), we enjoyed a very comfortable stay in the wild, off the beaten track, with beautiful nature all around us. The food was delicious and filling, vegetarian and vegan diets catered for completely. They lit us a fire one night and we enjoyed dinners by candlelight every night. The beds were super comfy and the large hut that we stayed in was very spacious - good for all bags and clothes. Manju organised our safari day and our trip to a local beach. He was ready to meet our every need and was very kind and friendly with our children too."

Our half day (evening) Safari guided by Nikki was great and we noted that most other vehicles in block A didn’t have a guide and hence struggled to spot wildlife. Some food was very good - especially the curries at lunch. We loved the set up for the dinner by the bonfire. Rooms were cleaned thoroughly."
