"The rooms are very large and spacious. The entire place has an old world charm about it. It will take you back in time. The breakfast was amazing! Everything was fresh and perfect."
"I was surprised that there wasn’t any hairdryer in the bathroom. Being a 4 star hotel would certainly mean this is a necessity. There hot water was only tepid during late afternoon. I don’t know why. This is something that needs to be looked at. In addition, the iron rack was not switched on throughout the day."
"The location in heart of Zahle, with nice restaurants, cafés and shops around. Filling lebanese breakfast and kind staff. Onsite restaurant. Charming building in the historic part of the city. Cleanliness."
