"The location is very good on a quiet street with some restaurants and even a fruit shop. 5min walk to the night market and 7min to the river. The rooms are large and spacious. Free coffee, tea and water in the lobby."

"You have limited choice for breakfast, no buffet. You are asked to take off your shoes when you enter the hotel."

"Really nice place to stay, the rooms were super spacious and the hotel was very clean. The host was amazing and he was always around and willing to help with whatever we needed. He stored our luggage for us while we went on an overnight trip elsewhere which was really useful too. Breakfast was good, fruit to start with a hot drink followed by a choice of 7 mains. The hotel is about 10-15 minutes walk from the night market and main places to visit which was great. Overall, an amazing hotel which I definitely recommend."

"I ended up here because of a relocation, but this hotel was much better than the previous one. Clean, spacious, wifi, air conditioning worked well, there was no sewer smell, bathroom was spacious, breakfast was great. Price-value ratio is acceptable. In a walking distance to the main attractions. Would recommend."

"There was no TV in the room, which was a bit strange, but it wasn't too bothersome for me. The street noise was a bit annoying, but manageable."

"This hotel was amazing and we loved our stay here. The location was fantastic, right next to the night market, the breakfast was lovely and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The absolute highlight though was the staff, incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Giang who helped us out so much when our train was cancelled and gave us some great local recommendations. We could not recommend this place highly enough!"

"PhaiLin was a lovely hotel, just what I needed after doing the Nong Khiaw hike. I didn’t catch her name, but the lady at reception was so accommodating, friendly & welcoming. When I asked for a hairdryer, she said it should have been in the room already & found one for me instantly. She also arranged for my laundry to be done. The bed was comfortable & really big, the room was spacious, the AC was strong and the bathroom was clean. The water was mostly hot - it was a little cooler than I hoped later in the evening, but I’m not sure if that was due to it being late. The breakfast was nice & there was a decent variety to choose from. The cafe & restaurant right opposite were both excellent choices for lunch & dinner."
