"คุณ Karina น่ารักมากกกกกกค่ะ ดูแลดีมาก มีผ้าขนหนู ยาสระผม รองเท้าให้ ใส่ใจมากค่ะ ทักทายทุกวัน พยายามพูดภาษาไทยกับเรา เราเลยพักที่นี้ 6 คืน เลย ห้องพักสะอาด มีครัวที่อุ่นอาหารได้ มีน้ำให้กดดื่ม ห้องน้ำถ้าหลังทำความสะอาดจะสะอาดดี แต่บางเวลาคนใช้เยอะผู้เข้าพักจะทิ้งขยะแบบไม่สนอะไรละ TT เดินทางสะดวก ใกล้ป้ายรถเมล์"

"Agreeable and helpful reception especially M.Yasmine Karina who speak well English. Even surprised me with some French spoken. Location is very close to Couche station & local transport. Excellent environment with good facilities and wide choice for food/having meals at different levels. Hostel maintain very clean everyday... Social space and kitchen are spacious and comfortable. Comfortable bed with clean toilets and showers room. So happy to be hosted comfortablely my 5 nights here. I will book again if have occasion be back."

"It's located close to the bus station to cross to Kyrgystan. There's a huge lake opposite the place, and a Navat restaurant next to it. The beds are wide and comfortable, and the rooms and common area are good."

"Bathrooms could use more frequent cleaning. It was always overflowing with used toilet paper. The showers could use doors instead of curtains."

"A nice roomy hostel, 10 min walk from the Sayran bus station. Comfortable, clean, big showers, big lounge kitchen area with a very nice lady owner. There is no proper cointer stove, , but there is a kettle, a microwaven , a rice cooker, so you can make tea, coffee and prepare simple recipes. In a way it's better cause keeps the kitchen less crowded and less messy. I extended my stay :)"

"Great hostel! Within walking distance to Sayran, supermarkets and restaurants. I love the female dorm - it has curtains, a/c works great, clean beds and sheets. The bathroom works great too. Segregated toilets so men and women are separate which is ideal. And the staff are very nice as well. I stayed for maybe a week here, on and off"

"Only 2 toilets cubicles for the women but the staff are attentive and clean every few hours. Not much of a social vibe - barely any backpackers and mostly Chinese travellers so its good if you’re not too social"

"Spacious hostel within walking distance from Almaty's main bus terminal. Location is great all-round with bus stops a few metres away and the reservoir park directly opposite. Prices vary across booking platforms, though regardless, this option is a reliable choice with great WiFi, AX, and complimentary tea and water. The kitchen is a good size too, and likewise the washroom facilities. Would recommend 100%."

"The location is brilliant if your departing from Sayran bus station, it's literally across the road & a 10 min walk & your there. Bed was comfortable, room perfect temperature considering there's no windows. Showers, toilets, kitchen & common areas are extremely clean! You have to be buzzed in, so extra safe for those concerned about safety. I arrived late & left early so didn't use the kitchen & can't comment on that. Theres cafes, small mini mart, atm etc close by, walking distance!"

"Nothing, it was great. Yes I would stay again if I was using the bus station. Probably a bit far from the city if staying for a few days and sight seeing in the city area."
