"The staff is really gentle, the house is nice and clean. It’s located in the centre."

"I really liked how spacious and bright the property felt. The natural light and open layout made it very inviting."

"The staff. Both of them were kind and we chatted with each other. I learnt a few kazakh words from them. The place is clean. I met some interesting and helpful room mates. The location is good with bus stops nearby, cafés and restaurants."

"The staff were extremely helpful, they helped me book a marshrutka to Bishkek. The bed was comfy, location was good, and a good price too! Also the check-in and check-out times were super flexible - you could even check-out in the evening."

"In general, hostels in Kazakhstan are very nice and this one was no less. My stay was calm and comfortable, the rooms are spacious and clean. The owner was very helpful and we managed to communicate without any problems."

"It's a nice, spacious apartment. Clean, with new, modern facilities. The beds are large and comfortable. Also the kitchen was nicely stocked with all necessary utensils. hen we arrived it was also very nice and warm. It's walking distance to the city center and there's a bus stop near by. The host was nice and provided the keys on arrival. We also managed to easily agree on organizational changes."

"This is a very spacious one bedroom apartment on the 16th floor of a modern 26 storey apartment complex, with great views over the city and the mountains beyond. It is in a great central location, in a 'good' district. We arrived before dawn and were met at the property by a friendly lady with the keys. The apartment was clean, with air-conditioning. We liked the fluffy towels, good storage space, ironing board and hair dryer The Wi-Fi worked well. One of three lifts was working."
