"The location was great, there are many eateries and convenience stores within walking distance. The room was also spacious. The check in and check out process were simple and smooth."
"When I plugged my power converter into the socket, it didn't work because the connection was very loose. It would be helpful if the hotel could provide a power converter that fits securely into the socket."
