"ที่พักใกล้สถานีรถไฟ Balsan Station Exit 9 ค่ะ และพนักงานน่ารักนะคะ พยายามช่วยเหลือมากๆ ค่ะ ห้องก็สะอาด ห้องน้ำสะอาด ที่พักอยู่ใกล้เหมือนเป็นแหล่งทำงานค่ะ เลยจะมีร้านอาหารเยอะ แล้วก็มีบาร์เยอะด้วย ทำให้ในช่วงกลางคืนอาจจะมีเสียงดังไปบ้างแต่สำหรับเราไม่ได้ดังจนเกินไปค่ะ แต่คนที่หลับยากน่าจะลำบากหน่อย แถมเราพักที่ชั้นสูงด้วยค่ะก็เลยไม่ค่อยได้ยิน แต่ถ้าพักชั้นล่างก็อาจจะได้ยินแต่ถามว่า ดีไหม สำหรับเราดีมากนะคะ การขึ้นลิฟต์ไปห้องพักจะต้องแตะบัตรคีย์การ์ดก่อนถึงจะไปชั้นที่เราอยู่ได้ค่ะ จะไปชั้นอื่นไม่ได้ก็ถือว่าปลอดภัยนะคะ แต่สำหรับคนที่ต้องการไปเที่ยว เมียงดง ทงแดมุน ไม่แนะนำให้พักนะคะ เพราะว่าระยะทางของโรงแรมกับที่ท่องเที่ยวค่อนข้างไกลกันค่ะแต่ว่าที่พักจะใกล้กับฮงแด ชินชน อีฮวา ฮับจอง มากกว่าค่ะ หรือถ้าใครจะมาดูคอนเสิร์ตที่ KBS Arena แนะนำให้พักที่นี่ได้เลยค่ะเพราะว่าใกล้มากๆ สามารถเดินไปหรือขึ้นรถเมล์ไปก็ได้ถ้าไม่อยากเดิน ประมาณ 5 นาทีก็ถึงแล้วค่ะถ้าขึ้นรถเมล์"

"Great location if Magok is what you’re looking for. The room and bathroom was spacious and considering it’s on the cheaper end of prices, it was great value for money. The breakfast was basic but delicious and did its job."

"The hotel is conveniently located near an underground train station with connections to both Gimpo and Incheon airports. There are numerous restaurants, cafes, and bars right on the first floor (the hotel is on the 7th floor), not to mention an entire block filled with dining and nightlife options. The room was spacious. There’s a lovely park within walking distance."

"The hotel is located quite far from the city center. Toiletries were not included and had to be purchased (though I believe this is required by law now), but we were informed about this in advance. The bathroom door was made of glass and was very difficult to open. There was no bath mat in the bathroom."

"It was pretty noisy outside in the evening and until early in the morning and we could hear everything from our room despite asking for a quiet room. We spent our entire days walking and sightseeing so we were so tired when we came back to the hotel we were still able to sleep but if you’re a light sleeper it might be an issue."

"I chose the hotel for its proximity to KBS Arena as I wanted to be near to the concert venue and it definitely fits my own purpose. Very short commute to the venue (it's 2 bus stops away, and the bus stops are just a couple of mins walk away or just about 6,000 won taxi ride per way). The area is lively so it feels safe even late at night. Plenty of eateries, cafes, convenience shops and malls around so there's always something to do. I like that there's a CU downstairs like directly connected to the hotel, so it's very convenient. The room that we stayed in was comfortable enough for the two of us, everything was just perfect. i was actually expecting the bed to be uncomfortable based on some reviews i read but it is definitely unfounded. and eventhough the hotel is far from central, we still found it easy to go around (we mostly travel by bus, and it takes like 30-40 minutes to hongdae area, which is good enough)"

"Just for the record, these things did not really bother me, but I just wanted to let people know what to expect. 1) Breakfast is adequate enough but could have been better with more choices or alternatives from day to day basis but like i said i did not bother me because it was good enough just to fill up our stomachs for the early part of the day before we start our day. 2) the noise level could bother you if you are a light sleeper but it did not bother us at all. We were so tired from all the tours that we slept through the night anyway. and just to let you know what to expect, it's not exactly really loud noise but more like echoes from outside but it's not like loud loud. definitely not bothersome as some reviews made it out to be."

"Good location. Easy to get to Gimpo Airport by public transport. Only 10-15 minutes by bus. Plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area."

"The entry is quite off putting. Reception is on the 7th floor. The ground floor area was messy and dirty with many items from the shops on the ground floor. Hotel is fine when you get to reception."
