"Location, amount of rooms and beds, size of property, long table in the dining room, towels provided, soaps and shampoo provided, great communication, kindness in letting us arrive early, and easy to follow instructions."

"No knifes, no rubbish bin, no bed sheets, shower was an extension off the basin and caused the whole bathroom to get wet, can’t flush used toilet paper - which isn’t bad but the collection bin needs a plastic bag and lid, alongside better instructions for discarding bathroom waste upon departure, and although we didn’t need it there was no oven."

You can take the airport rail from Incheon and straight to hongik ( exit 3 )and you do not need to change the train - food was around us , very convenient , there’s 2-3 convenient store -Bed was comfortable -Design of the property was very cozy and warm - heating for shower is good - the shampoo and conditioner was really good - hairdryer was good n dried our hair nicely - no place to store your luggage , but owner was kind to allow us to put it outside of the rooms first ."

"- owner texted few days before our arrival to change my original property to another which we agreed , but I had specifically mentioned that I have elderly travelling and the steps cannot be many or steep. - he said the new place had 10 steps ( no choice ), but it turned out to be 15 steep narrow steps - misunderstanding on the bedsheets, the property do not have bedsheets , they use mattress protector which they call bed cover as “bedsheets “. So do not be shocked . Owner said he had 6 Airbnb and all was done in such way. It was soft though. ( picture below) - the heater console for bath is Not beside the bathroom But in 1 of the bedroom. And it’s all in Korean ( Google translate did not help) . I had to text the owner to ask how to use .As the heater console includes floor heating buttons which you can accidentally press. - the owner Yoon was upset and suggested I should have stayed in hotel when I suggested that his staff may have forgotten to put the bedsheets. - out of 3 room , only 1 room have mirror ( small issues) - there is 1 toilet - so not too ideal for big group - 4 pax max - I had asked if I can have early check in , but owner could not give me a firm answer . I think he has 6 properties and do not handle the coordination himself. He had a staff Hoi to assist me and you need to liaise with the staff . It is 10KRW per pax for early check in . I did not get an early check in though…and waited to 230 pm to text Hoi and ask if room was ready . FYI - Check in is officially at 3 pm Overall still good except for the cultural misunderstandings and the steps to climb for the old folks .."

"We got a different option to what we booked. Instead of one apartment with 3 bedrooms, we got two separate apartments beside each other. They were both lovely. Clean and easy to find. It was our second time in Seoul and we were so happy to have found a good location this time. A lot of cafes and restaurants around it."
