"The room was spacious, bathroom was nice, the bed was very comfortable. I booked it because it was supposed to be close to Cheonan Asan KTX station but it was a good 10-15 minute taxi ride...at 6am. However, for the price it was very good value, clean and comfortable. Except for the issue with hotel name"

"The name of the hotel booked on booking.com IS not the actual hotels name! The taxi driver had no idea where the hotel was even when I gave him the address. Finally I had to ask the driver to just drop me off at a place closeby as it was 10pm. The only reason I found the hotel is because I went to a hotel to ask for help for directions and found out it was the one I had booked! For a while I was seriously thinking I had been scammed. I cannot tell you how happy I was when the front staff said my name:) It was a very last minute booking due to missing a train connection."

"The immediate connectivity to the Lotte mall is so helpful. We had an early flight out the next morning, and having access to the Lotte mall to have dinner (with a ton of great choices) & do any last-minutes shopping was so useful. This is the 3rd year in a row we've stayed in this hotel before an early flight out, and would use it again next year!"
