"Nice clean spacious apartment, nice view of the city from the balcony. The bed was a bit strange, quite firm and seemed to be memory foam, it wasnt the most comfortable but it wasnt too bad. Air con worked well, good kitchen and washing machine, lift access, supermarket near by and reasonably close to the city centre, just a short tuk tuk ride. Win was very welcoming and friendly when we checked in with her. For the most part a nice stay and decent value."

"We didn't want regular cleaning but getting toilet paper and toiletries was a bit of a hassle and the lady gave me funny looks when asking for them as if we were being very demanding and being a nuisance to them, this made us feel a bit uncomfortable. I think they expect you to buy your own as they said they generally have more long term guests, we stayed 10 nights."

"Nice apartment, clean and cozy. You have AC in the saloon area and also in the bedroom. The bathroom is big and clean and the kitchen is also well equipped."

"Very nice apartment, clean. Would go back again next time. It's like your own home. It has everything like kitchen, 2 bathrooms, washing machine you can do your own washing. Nice staff."

"Good size apartment and easy to keep cool. Located near the Olympic Mall, market and ST1. Good base for Phnom Penh. Plenty of hot water"

"Atmospheric room in an old villa in the middle of the city. Situated in a very quiet side street. Good shower, very clean. Bed a bit hard but acceptable. Very helpful and nice manager that reacted correctly after our booked room was not available due to a broken airconditioning. They can book also your bus ticket with pick up from the hotel."

"Very nicely appointed, modern apartment, digital check in and access via elevator, 4th floor, windows open wide, light and airy. Relatively quiet streets around by Phnom P standard.... I chose the area, with previous experience, it's near the University is why it exists, to stay away from the tourism centre( and it's associated street crime...) Surrounding streets are still chaotic traffic and shops and markets bedlam but in a nicer way. Very very nice apartment, small as advertised, 24hrs ground floor security. No owners around at all but on call digitally remotely. Excellent service"

"The property is brand new and in a fantastic condition! Very comfortable furniture blended with a modern and western design. The owner and also staff were very nice and always helpful and accommodating! They shared their food with me and even offered me their bike to use. Location is outside the city center and with that usually quiet. I’m looking forward to coming back!"
