"They responded flexibly to our requests. For example, when we asked for a place to get together for a meeting other than the lobby (we were a little big group), they allowed us to use the dining room."
"Email response was sometimes late, I felt. The message exchange on the Booking.com site was still ok, but when I emailed the hotel directly, I didn't receive a response. Also, there seems to be a free charging spot in the lobby, but it wasn't working and we couldn't charge our phones at all."
