"Zentrale Lage, gutes Frühstücksbuffet, ruhig. Die Aufräumdame machte überraschend schon während des Frühstücks sauber, und trotz dummerweise offenem Safe und Geld auf dem Tisch, war alles unberührt geblieben. Waschmaschine im obersten Stockwerk im Self-Service und gratis."

"Safe war, wie zumeist in den von mir besuchten Orten Südostasiens, erst benutzbar, als sich ein Hotelangestellter des Problems annahm. An der Rezeption teilweise schwierige Englisch-Kommunikation."

"Clean rooms and exceptional front desk and restaurant service. My fridge was on the blink and a new one showed up immediately, carried by a petite lady who refused my help."

"There either is no coffee shop or they for some reason don't serve coffee from their restaurant "bar" area. The "gym" or "fitness center" was bleak and the "Sky Bar" doesn't exist. The last one was actually something I really cherish in a city hotel."
