"This is a beautiful hotel, especially compared to others we have stayed in in Kyrgyzstan. The staff were very kind and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good."

"It's a very nice hotel, clean and modern and comfortable. A friend who lives in town said it was one of the two best hotels in town and we were glad we stayed there."
"The breakfast was only so-so in quality and there were only a few tables available in the lobby (and a few outside), so it's not the best set-up for breakfast. Also, they seemed to be a bit slow bringing the food."

"The hotel looks pretty new and is in good condition. My room was relatively large and was very clean. The bathroom is a good size with a large shower and ample hot water. The air conditioning worked well. It was a little loud when the fan was set to "high" but was just fine on the low setting. The room was quiet at night and the bed was comfortable. An easy walk to /from the bus station - about 5-10 minutes on flat pavement."
"The staff need to come up with a better plan for managing the breakfast service in the morning. The dining area has very limited seating and the situation was chaotic when I arrived. I ended up skipping the breakfast and just headed straight to the bus station instead. Also, before you are allowed to check-out, the staff asks you to wait a few minutes while they check the room. It is not a big deal, but this is essentially saying to the guest - "We're not saying you are a thief, but we just want to check to be sure." Just kind of rubbed me the wrong way."
