"My stay at this guest house was simply fantastic! The location was ideal, offering a peaceful retreat while still being close to all the attractions. The room was cozy and spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable haven after a day of exploring. The staff were incredibly hospitable, ensuring that every need was met with a smile. "I had an exceptional experience. Mr. Rakhat, the main person in charge, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Not only did he assist with hotel booking, but he also helped us finalize a full-day trip around Issyk-kul and arranged a private mini-bus for us. His son, Azirek, was equally helpful throughout our stay. Their hospitality and attention to detail truly made our trip special. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and warm – perfect for the cold weather outside. Additionally, the villa's great location, only 200 meters away from the lake, made it convenient for us to enjoy stunning views and take leisurely walks along the shore. I highly recommend Raduga West Apartments to anyone visiting Issyk-kul. Thank you, Mr. Rakhat and Azirek, for your outstanding service!"

"Really good. Much better than expected. The location is about as good as it gets for a hostel in Osh, and the place is calm, simple, spacious, new, and clean. Bathrooms are great. The shower and toilets are separate and every shower has a hairdryer. There is a small kitchenette with a microwave and sink and cutlery (and the sink has a cool horizontal spray which I've never seen before). WiFi was the fastest I've experienced in years too. Everything was great and the amount paid was the exact FX rate. Would recommend 110%"
