"Mister Houssein the mananger is very gentle and he helped us to do many thing in the downton. The food is excellent and the location in the center is very strategic. The report quality price is excellent. And the personnal like madma Margareth are very professional and gentle."

"The central location of the hotel cannot be overstated; it was perfect for leisurely explorations and soaking in the vibrant life of Mombasa. Coupled with the amiable and helpful nature of the staff, my stay was made both convenient and enjoyable. The personal touch in their service created a homely atmosphere that is hard to find elsewhere."
"However, the hotel's simplicity, while charming, also meant that certain amenities were lacking. Those looking for luxury or extensive facilities might find the hotel too basic for their taste. Additionally, the central location, while convenient, did bring with it the hustle and bustle of city life, which could be a bit overwhelming for guests seeking a quiet retreat."
"The staff make this hotel excellent. They are superb and so friendly. Special mention to Liz who was so helpful but the whole team were as well - I just didn’t get all of their names. All of the guys working there were amazing. The guys working in the attached restaurant were also very friendly. The room is a good size and the hotel is well located. It is possible to walk to the old town but take a tuk tuk which are cheap as the Mombasa heat is crazy. Bathroom good as well and the hotel has air con - super important in Mombasa."
