"It was very clean and quite in the evening. During the day there is a noise from nearby constructions but I didnt mind. The gym is really great, well equipped and new."

"This hotel is an excellent value for money for tourist who wish to make it their travel hub in Nairobi while planning different tours. It's in the Westland area, which is very safe and right next to Westgate Shopping Centre, close to another mall (Sarit). The location is perfect; you can walk to many shopping areas and restaurants. The rooms are nice and clean, and the gym is one of the best I have ever seen in a hotel. The staff is invaluable and friendly. The wifi works very well. There is a buffet breakfast available, mainly with Indian dishes, and the food tastes quite good."

"Very minor issue: You should have a basic alarm clock and ironing board with iron available in every room. They have a separate ironing room, but it is better to have an ironing facility available in the hotel room."

"I loved this place for its central location, still in the city, yet it felt like being outside of it. The host and his staff were unbelievable: supportive, kind, open, and very flexible throughout my stay. The food was amazing too. I felt like I tried all the Kenyan specialties there. Meals were tailored to my needs every day, and I even received a takeaway for a hike, which was such a thoughtful touch. I also really enjoyed the style, atmosphere, and overall vibe of the place. I would be very happy to come back one day."

Mosquitoes nets in the bed and enough sockets for charging devices. Easy check-in, late check in because possible that day, facilities, easy and fast communication with the person who manage Mombasa Vacations apartments, and the valuable travel tips and recommendations received. "We had a great stay here. It’s a short walk only to the scenic beaches, but most time we actually spent at the marvelous pool. The villa is quiet, makes you feel like at home and it is well equipped with everything you need. The staff, Peter and Eliza, were just great, trying to support in every aspect and to make the stay very special. The monkeys in the garden were fun to watch, but we lost some food to them. We enjoyed it a lot."
